Any individual, group or agency may submit written comments on the ERR to the Dallas County Commission, 102 Church Street, Selma, AL 36701-4658. All comments received by 4/15/2026 will be considered by the Dallas County Commission prior to authorizing submission of a Request for Release of Funds. Comments should specify which Notice they are addressing.
