The DALLAS County Commission will receive sealed competitive bids for the services and specifications set forth in this document. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part.

Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Dallas County Commission at 102 Church St, Selma, AL 36701, until 2:30 P.M., on June 3, 2026, and will then be opened and read aloud at said location.

Bids may be mailed to: Dallas County Commission, c/o Demetrice Muhannad, Accounting Clerk – Payroll and Purchasing, P.O. Box 987, Selma, AL 36702.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled: FY2026 BID ENCLOSED — ROW CHEMICAL TURF & BRUSH CONTROL, AND BRIDGE / CULVERT SERVICES.

Contract Period

The contract period shall cover the County's needs from June 8, 2026 through June 8, 2027, with option to renew yearly in consecutive contract periods, for a total of up to three (3) years if Vendor and County so agree. This bid covers three (3) turf applications and one (1) brush application per contract year, plus bridge, and culvert services as specified herein.
