Under the general direction of the Environmental Services Director, the employee safely operates specialized vehicles, including roll-off trucks and boom trucks, for the collection and disposal of litter, debris, and other waste materials within the county. The driver is also responsible for the maintenance of assigned vehicles. Other duties will include those assigned by supervisor.
Applicants must possess a valid State of Alabama Commercial Driver’s License and be insurable. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work non-standard hours and overtime if necessary.
