Dallas County Commission has an opening for a full-time, temporary  Laborer in the Litter Control Unit of the Environmental Services Department.  (Temporary position to last no longer than 6 months). Hours will be from 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Under the general direction of the Litter Truck Driver, the employee performs routine manual labor that includes collecting solid waste along a given route, picking up litter along county roads, and assisting in the maintenance of the litter truck as requested.  Other duties will include those assigned by supervisor.
